Ecommerce Business Model Workshop, Ecommerce and Export Program, implemented by TRI and GIZ

The Rural Initiative (TRI) launched the programme “Improving MSME Competitiveness and Scalability through E-Commerce and Exports” on September 23, at Smallville Hotel.

The event brought together 90 people, including the 35 MSMEs admitted into the programme, representatives from GIZ, TRI management team, coaches, mentors, and experts from various
sectors.

During the launch day, we worked with the MSMEs on defining their e-commerce and export strategic goals and identifying the action plans they will be implementing during the programme.

We are very excited to kick-start this unique journey with the selected MSMEs.

This programme is implemented by The Rural Initiative in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. It is commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in Germany.
